Ambir Technology COVID-19 Response

At Ambir, the health and safety of our customers, partners, employees, and community is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we want to ensure you that we are committed to being responsive to your needs as the situation evolves.


 

Operations

Production, warehousing, and fulfillment operations at Ambir Technology are currently running on a normal schedule and we will notify our partners should this status change. As for inventory, Ambir has made a significant investment in additional inventory for all our Ambir and DocketPORT products to provide consistent availability to our critical partners and customers over the next few months. This inventory will be available through our distribution partners and also available for direct drop ship from our warehouse should any partners logistics operations be impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak.

Our sales and support lines will remain open and live support will be available during our regular business hours. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.


 

Return Authorization and Repair Suspension

As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak and health concerns for our employees, customers, and the public in general, Ambir will be temporarily suspending our Return Authorization & Repair services. Our dedicated support team will still be available to answer your calls and trouble shoot any issues you are having, but we will not be able to issue any return authorizations or repair-and- send any replacement scanners to you during this temporary suspension. Instead, Ambir will issue all customers a “case number” that will be used to track and process future return authorizations when our facility resumes normal operations. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to have our return authorization and repair process back to normal shortly. Updates to resumption of service will be posted on our website at www.ambir.com/faqs/warranty/covid-19-rma-suspension/. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this extraordinary outbreak challenge our nation faces.
